چکیده
The presence of a soluble specific antigen serologically identical with an antigen found in HeLa cells has been shown in 31 per cent of human malignancies. Similar material has not been isolable from nonmalignant adult or fetal human tissues. Ac cording to the accumulated statistical data, there seems to be no correlation between the degree of malignancy of the diseased tissue and the presence or absence of the anti gen.
